1. Associate - Communications

Eligibility & Required Qualification 

  • 2 years of experience in media and communication.
  • Knowledge and experience in a social organization will be an advantage.
  • Experience of creative content writing. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Good command in spoken Hindi. Good command in Social Media platforms. Knowledge of SEO and web analytics is a plus.
  • Strong organising skills and attention to detail. Readiness to travel in rural areas with primary facilities.
  • Ability to work independently, and aptitude to work with a team of diverse backgrounds.

2. Sr. Associate - Resource Mobilisation

Eligibility & Required Qualification

  • 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Passion for research and spotting new opportunities. Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and balance priority.
  • Ability to present and interpret complex information.
  • Good understanding of fundraising initiatives, financial management, budgets, and goals.

    3. Deputy Director - Human Resources Department

    This critical leadership role is based in Udaipur and reports directly to the Chief Executive and General Secretary. We’re seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about HR as a driver of social impact.

    Eligibility & Required Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with relevant experience.
  • 15+ years of work experience, with a strong focus on HR. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within HR.
  • Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess needs and lead training programs to build skills and capacities across teams.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Design a robust performance management system for goal setting, evaluations, and career development.
  • Oversee HR budgeting and resourcing.

    4. Associate- Natural Resource Development (Field Placement)

    Eligibility & Required Qualification

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) – Required
  • Experience with GIS or data collection mobile apps – Preferred
  • Understanding of data collection processes and managing survey teams
  • Strong written and spoken Hindi skills – Required
  • Good English writing skills – Highly Preferred
  • Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track program budgets.
  • Manage field teams and represent the NRM program at the block level.
  • Reside in the field to lead NRM program implementation.
  • Conduct trainings across Udaipur and Rajsamand.
  • Support program design and execution.
  • Prepare monthly reports, assist with documentation, and coordinate with evaluation teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other Seva Mandir programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between head office, community, and block team.
  • Represent Seva Mandir at local events and conferences.
  • Manage data from focus groups, community meetings, and surveys.
  • Engage regularly with the community.
